The East Westphalian owner-managed family company Windmöller offers flooring solutions and acoustic systems for floor coverings. With more than 500 employees worldwide, Windmöller serves industrial customers as well as commercial and private end customers.

The goal:
The expansion and development of the international business required a targeted internationalization of the entire company. Processes, employees, IT systems, portfolio, Go-2 model, etc. were to be realigned as part of a cross-company project.

Our approach:
As project manager for the overall internationalization of Windmöller GmbH, Isabel Nitz established a continuous process and coordinated the eight divisions involved. From a sales perspective, the focus was on adapting products and services to the current needs of international customers and preparing for new market entries.

The result:
  1. The definition and implementation of a 5-7 year growth and expansion strategy.
  2. Restructuring and further development of the global sales structure, sales channels and team
